PTO stands for Parent-Teacher Organization. The PTO consists of parents and teachers working together to support and enrich all students in Peotone Pre-K-5th Grade Schools. We support school staff, help promote student self-esteem, and assist efforts to solve school needs through volunteers and fund-raising. All parents of 207U students are encouraged to participate in PTO activities. Peotone PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible.

Kim Gayeski gave the update that storage was cleaned out with much to use. Not much will need to be purchased.
- PES Yearbook – Can be purchased
now for 15% off and personalization can be anytime before about April, will be
posted on FaceBook.
- Pancake Breakfast, renamed
Peotone PTO Breakfast, Craft and Vendor Fair- Reviewed sponsors and

duties.Placements ad can be bought for
$50 and $100 for placemat and sponsor.The permit for health department discussed with paperwork already

- PTO Open Positions – The PTO board discussed the possibility for
a new position called ‘Volunteer Coordination’ that will be open discussion.Terms are 2 years and begin July 1, 2016.
